Tree-top dining at the Perch Restaurant is a wonderful way to begin and end your day. The restaurant is “perched” atop a gravel moraine left by a glacier. Each of our 13 bay windows has a spectacular view of the Alaska range and it's many glaciers. Weather permitting, you can dine on our large deck, or just sit out in the sun and enjoy a cocktail while you wait for dinner.
The Perch cares for our local economy as well as our enviroment. We make everything from scratch and work with local organic famers to ensure the smallest carbon footprint.
Our experienced wait staff will guide you to the exact wine to compliment your entree from our extensive wine cellar. Prefer beer? We are proud to serve all Alaskan made micro brews. We can also mix your favorite cocktail at our full service bar or you can try one of our signature drinks.
Our chef cuts our steak daily and prepares them to taste. We are the only restaurant in Alaska to serve dry-aged Ribeye and New York steak. Try our Caribou Medallions as they are a truly unique Alaskan experience.
Breakfast is made from the freshest organic ingredients. Every Sunday we host a bloody mary bar featuring 70 ingredients for you to mix your ideal Sunday morning cure.
